Perth based Personal Assistant required for Australian Family (PAPM)

Our client runs a very busy Corporate Office and large family residence based in the lovely shore-side suburbs of Perth and is seeking a long term dedicated Personal Assistant preferably with a Superyacht Purser/Chief Stewardess or Accounting background.
This is a Shore-based, permanent position and you will be required to have your own accommodation in Perth. Relocation assistance will be available for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, yet efficient, able to work under pressure and be a quick and logical thinker willing to work with a great attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft and other Computer capabilities will be an important asset in this role.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility will be:
1. Responsible for overseeing the general operations and smooth running of the Family home and activities
2. Acting as primary external point of contact and liaison for the Family
3. Completing office and administrative tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the Principals
4. Organising calendars and schedules for the Household (Principals and children)
5. Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
6. Booking flights, making travel arrangements; organizing detailed itineraries for the Family and domestic staff including interface with private yacht
7. Management, scheduling and overall coordination and annual leave of the domestic staff, including chef
8. Assisting with event and party planning, organizing and coordination of dinners, social gatherings, children’s parties etc.
9. Personal shopping, executing special requests, errands and related duties as needed
10. Procuring household equipment, supplies and services as needed
11. Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervision (cleaners, maintenance trades, gardeners)
12. Preparation and reconciliation of personal and household budgets
13. Monthly management of and processing, reconciliation of Credit Cards
14. Coordinate catering requirements including overseeing chef
15. Media device management and updating, photos, home private IT (PC and MAC)
16. Artwork Purchasing and maintaining Digital Asset Management
17. Back Up Reception duties for Office Manager when on leave
18. Occasional errands, ad hoc tasks and general assistance to all family members
- Class A Driver’s License together with a Police Clearance and WWCC will be essential
- A generous salary package circa $85-$100K depending on experience will be offered to the right candidate.
- Australian working conditions, ie. 30 days paid leave per annum
