Permanent Part-time Housekeeper for lovely home in Brisbane - ILAM

This busy professional family in Chelmer is seeking a dedicated housekeeper with a great eye for detail to help manage their busy mornings, three days per week. (9am – 12pm) with some flexibility.

We are looking for someone who loves to clean and has a genuine desire to maintain this beautifully renovated large Queenslander home.  Ideally you will also be good with children as there are three of them in the house!

General duties will include:

• Ensuring the residence is kept clean, organised and tidy at all times
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Cleaning kitchen and appliances
• All laundry duties (washing, ironing, folding)
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering as required
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bathroom areas
• Clean outdoor areas on a regular basis
• Clean blinds, windows and glass surfaces

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good communication skills
• Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
• Have good organisational skills
• Be familiar with correct cleaning techniques and laundry care
• Have previous long-term experience
• Hold a Current Police Check and WWCC (or be prepared to complete both)
• Have good references from past employers

Hours: 3 hours per morning 9am – 12pm, 3 days per week (preferably Mon/Wed/Fri)

Hourly rate: $35.00  

Start Date: ASAP

This is a long term, permanent position.
