This busy family is seeking a Nanny/General home helper to assist with all household duties including some admin, general housekeeping, laundry duties, after school pick up and activities for three children – 2, 5 & 6 years of age. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with varying hours and some babysitting by arrangement. Therefore your flexibility with availability is important.
With regular cleaners in place already, your duties will focus on the children as well as general task such as bedmaking, laundry, tidying, dusting, de-cluttering and keeping kitchen/dining areas clean after meals. You will also manage the children’s schedules, some shopping, pay household bills and arrange any required maintenance, help with functions and organising travel for the family when required (With YOU included). Drivers license is essential and a car will be provided for work use.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be available to travel with the family on occasions
- Able to prepare simple meals, snacks after school
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
- Clean Driver License
- Hold a Current Police Check or be prepared to complete
- Have good references from past employers
- Fully COVID Vaccinated
- First Aid Certificate
Hours: Monday to Friday – full time with varying start/finish times.
Salary A$40 per hour + super
Start Date: ASAP
This is a long term, permanent position.
